Great location, very helpful staff (also arranged airport transfers) and pleasant apartment. Very convenient for a family trip.

Spacious apartment, very clean and modern + it’s well located in the city. We had our breakfast delivered right on time every morning and the service in general was perfect. I would recommend this place for short or even long stays because it will make you feel very confortable and like home.

The suite was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Everything was attention to detail of whats neededfor a fabulous stay. Breakfast was also provided and delivered to the suite at a convenient time to suit me. The host communicated great via WhatsApp throughout our stay when we needed advice.

The rooms are very modern, the furniture and mattress have good quality. The staff was really helpful and paid attention to make me comfortable, helping with tips about the city and even with taxis and transportation.

Everything, and especially the staff

Everything. At the heart of Cairo's downtown, and a few minutes' walk away from a metro station, everything in Cairo looks near. The appartment is very clean, Abdel-Awal and Taher took care of the smallest of our needs. Abdel-Awal is the best host I've ever had and the Yaacoubian Suites is a very pleasant place to stay in Cairo.

The downtown location was brilliant, as was our host, whose hospitality was fantastic, his communication prior to arrival was spot on, he also helped organise a couple of tours before we arrived, which were reasonably priced and were as expected. Good value for money too.

We were greeted by Mohamed, who is a great and extremely helpful host. The apartment is spacious and clean and in a very central location. Good air conditioning and a large and clean bathroom.
This is a great location if you want to explore downtown Cairo.
Cairo is a loud city, but because the apartment is in the 7th floor it is not too loud even for us, who are used to a very quiet neighborhood.
We can absolutely recommend this location.

Lovely, clean and great location.. Abdel the owner very nice. I had no internet on the 1st night my guide could not get hold of me, he contacted Abdel, Abdel came to check I was ok,as a solo female traveller this was much appreciated and very kind. Also as I was staying 3 nights Abdel arranged a free taxi to pick me up from Airport. Great experience and would stay here again

Gorgeous accommodation, very clean, spacious and comfortable!! Excellent location right in the heart of downtown Cairo! The wifi was very good. The host was very responsive and helpful, would definitely stay here again!

Good position, clean room, outstanding service.

Abdu is a great man. He did his best to help. He was quite responsive. He even sent a ground coffee for the cofee machine. Breakfast was Ok. Actually it was more then I could eat.
Apartment was newly renowned. You can still smell the paint. Just to remember, there is no Jacuzi or bathtub in the apartment.

Abdul-Awwal was extremely helpful and accommodating for our overnight stay. He gave us an early check in and a late check out as we had a night train to catch. The suites are an amazing converted apartment and is in a prime location near the museum. It was fun to stay in such a historical building with a rich Egyptian past. We felt privileged to stay in such a beautiful hotel. Thank you from our family!!

I can’t say enough about this property. The location is in downtown Cairo and convenient to everything. The apartment was very luxurious , clean and extremely comfortable! The building was full of history and had wonderful character. The beds, bedding, and toiletries were a welcome luxury compared to many places we have stayed. I am very sensitive to odors and I was pleasantly surprised that we were welcomed with freshness as soon as the door was opened. The staff were helpful and communicative and even delivered breakfast in the morning. We will definitely stay again!

Friendly staff, clean and spacious accommodation, nice location in Cairo downtown and next to Nasser Metro station. As well the place is value of money.
